How can I contact the seller?

To contact the seller after your purchase, go to the purchase page, the purchase overview section. There, you’ll find:

either Messages, which lets you communicate with the seller directly on Ricardo without automatically displaying their contact details.
or the seller’s email address and phone number

Messages is currently available only for some purchases. It will gradually become available to everyone and replace the sharing of contact details.
