How can I contact the buyer?
To contact the buyer after your sale, go to the sale page, sale overview section. There, you’ll find:
- either Messages, which lets you communicate with the buyer directly on Ricardo without automatically displaying their contact details.
- or the buyer’s email address and phone number
Messages is currently available only for some sales. It will gradually become available to everyone and replace the sharing of contact details.
