The seller
MoneyGuard protection does not incur any costs for the seller. Activating MoneyGuard for eligible listings is completely free. There are no additional fees for the seller when selling an item protected by MoneyGuard.
The buyer
A purchase protected by MoneyGuard includes a service fee, which is paid by the buyer. MoneyGuard fees vary depending on the item price (excluding shipping costs) and are at least CHF 0.50.
