The seller
Buyer Protection+ does not incur any costs for the seller. Activating Protection+ for eligible listings is completely free. There are no additional fees for the seller when selling an item protected by Buyer Protection+.
The buyer
A purchase protected by Buyer Protection+ includes a service fee, which is paid by the buyer. Buyer Protection+ fees vary depending on the item price (excluding shipping costs) and are at least CHF 0.50.
