What types of listings require a fee?
A refundable listing fee applies to the following product types if the price of the listing exceeds CHF 3’000:
- Car
- Motorcycle
- Commercial vehicle
- Camping vehicle
How much is the listing fee?
The listing fee is determined by the listing’s price. For auctions with a Buy now option, only the starting price of the auction counts, not the Buy now price. If a fee applies, it will be clearly displayed in the listing form before you publish.
If the vehicle is successfully sold, the listing fee is fully refunded.

My vehicle wasn’t sold. Can I request a refund for the listing fee?
No, the listing fee is generally only refunded if the vehicle is sold.
Exception: If a vehicle listing has remained online continuously for at least 90 days, hasn't sold, and the price has been reduced at least three times by a minimum of 10% each time during that period, you can request a refund of the listing fee from customer support.
I sold my vehicle on another platform. Can I get the listing fee refunded?
