Listing items on Ricardo is free, except in the Vehicles category, where a refundable listing fee may apply under certain conditions.
Ricardo shoppers are especially interested in one-of-a-kind pieces, collectibles, design classics, and great deals. To ensure buyers can find these kinds of listings, every account has a listing limit. This limit defines how many listings you can have live at the same time. The standard listing limit is 100 listings.
You can request a higher limit. To be granted and maintain a higher limit, the following conditions must be met:

Your inventory mainly consists of products in one or more of the following
categories:
- Secondhand
- From last season
- Refurbished
- Display models
- Handmade items
- Clearance stock
- Collectibles
- Spare parts
- Products with an expiry date
- Damaged or imperfect goods
- You sell at least 10% of your listed items each month. For example, if you list 100 items, we expect at least 10 sales per month.
- Your current listing limit is fully used.

Ricardo reserves the right to reduce the listing limit at any time and without prior notice.
