You can pay your outstanding fees using the following options:
💸 Payment via TWINT (no fees)
You can easily pay your fees using TWINT. Click on “GO TO TWINT” to copy the code or start the payment using the QR code.
💳 Payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) – no fees
If you wish to pay your fees directly by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), go to your fee overview and click on “Pay” → “Credit card”. Enter your card details and confirm again by clicking “Pay”.
The payment will be processed immediately and displayed in your fee overview.
🏦 Payment via e-banking (no fees)
You can find your payment details in your fee overview. Click on “Pay” and select “Bank transfer / E-banking (PostFinance, UBS, Raiffeisen, etc.)” as the payment method to view, scan, or copy the payment information.
You can also download the QR invoice to pay your fees at the post office counter.

📬 Payment at the post office or via bank transfer (CHF 4.50 processing fee)
If you prefer to pay your fees at the post office or via bank order, you can download a blank payment slip here and fill it in (amount, sender, and username).
Important: Always include your username or member number.
Tip: This payment method incurs a processing fee of CHF 4.50. We recommend adding this amount directly to your invoice total.
