On October 1, 2026, Ricardo moves to a new invoicing system. If you had any unpaid fees or credits before that date, here's what happens to them.
Any outstanding fees will now appear as an invoice (or a credit note, if the amount was negative). Credit notes are handled the same way as described in How is the credit note paid out?
If you were already behind on a payment before October 1, your situation carries over as-is, but the countdown to what happens next (a reminder, a user account block, or collection) restarts from October 1. In practice, this gives you extra time to pay compared to your original deadline.
Fees you already paid before October 1 remain available in a dedicated section at the bottom of the My fees page.
If your Fees section was empty before October 1, there's nothing to carry over, and you simply start fresh under the new system.
